1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products are custom printed on demand (including apparel, mugs, stickers, and accessories).

Because they are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color.

Please double-check sizes, colors, and designs before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that time, production may have already started and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
6. Shipping Returns (If Applicable)
If a return is approved:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
